Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment:
1.1 To secure a makeup appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required.
1.2 Full payment for the makeup services is due on or before the day of the appointment.
1.3 Accepted payment methods include online and cash.
1.4 Makeup artist charge a waiting fee of 4000 INR per hour after 6 hours
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
2.1 Clients must provide at least 90days notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
2.2 Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
2.3 In case of the makeup artist’s unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances like health conditions, we will make efforts to arrange an alternate makeup artist.
3. Travel Fees :
3.1 If the makeup artist is required to travel to a location, a travel fee may be applicable.
3.2 Travel fees cover transportation costs and are communicated to the client in advance.
4. Client’s Responsibilities:
4.1 Clients are responsible for informing the makeup artist of any allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing skin conditions.
4.2 Clients should arrive with clean, moisturized skin and hair ready for makeup application.
4.3 Client Should Provide Accommodation for Makeup Artist This is not applicable to Hyderabad clients only for outside Hyderabad
5. Satisfaction Guarantee:
5.1 The makeup artist will make reasonable efforts to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Use of Products:
6.1 The makeup artist uses professional-grade products.
6.2 Clients are encouraged to communicate any product preferences or restrictions in advance.
7. Image Release:
7.1 The makeup artist may request to take photographs of the completed makeup for promotional purposes.
7.2 Clients have the option to decline the use of their images for promotional purposes.
8. Liability:
8.1 The makeup artist is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin conditions that may arise after the application of makeup.
8.2 The makeup artist is not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal items.
